Stefan Hertogs, Master Applied Economics (Antwerp University, 1997) and recognized Family Business Advisor at the Instituut voor het Familiebedrijf (2010-2011).
Stefan has over 15 years of relevant experience, both as corporate finance consultant focusing on mid-market transactions with Winx Capital House and as advisor to shareholders in SMEs and family businesses with Deminor, where he became a partner.
Stefan also has extensive experience in company valuations, both in the context of M&A transactions, transactions between family shareholders and the valuation within the framework of shareholders dispute proceedings.
In December 2012, Stefan has left Deminor to focus on the foundation of OMNICAP. Stefan is co-founder and partner at OMNICAP and has been President of the Belgian Corporate Finance Association until 2018.

Jan Bleyen, Master in Law (Antwerp, 1997), Master in European Law (Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, 1998), Master in corporate law (Brussels, 2004), Corporate Finance (Leuven, 2005).
Jan has broad experience in advising small and medium-sized companies, especially family businesses, in respect of M&A transactions and the monitoring and structuring of the relations between shareholders.
Jan started his career at PwC, then became a lawyer at the Brussels Bar and thereafter worked as a consultant at Deminor, where he became a partner in January 2012.
