TouchPoint Inc. successfully divested Vanas Engineering to Modula S.p.A.
Modula completed the successful acquisition of Vanas Engineering BV, its distributor in the Benelux region for over a decade. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in Modula's growth and expansion strategy.
In addition to its role as distributor, Vanas Engineering has also established itself as integrator, offering a comprehensive portfolio of solutions.
This acquisition will enable Modula to enhance its service offerings and broaden its market presence in the Benelux region. By integrating Vanas Engineering’s extensive expertise and innovative solutions, Modula aims to deliver even greater value to its customers and strengthen its position as a leader in the intralogistics industry.

Vanas Engineering operates in the Benelux region and is the regional leader of customized end-to-end inventory management solutions that help customers optimize the storage and movement of goods throughout their facility. The company is active in warehouse design and warehouse management systems (WMS).
