Vamipro is an independent insurance brokerage office located in Vosselaar. Vamipro's shareholders decided to sell the company because it was a non-strategic investment for them. 

Omnicap was appointed by the shareholders of Vamipro Insurance as exclusive M&A advisor and assisted the shareholders in the sale of the company to Turnhout-based Keysers Insurance. Vamipro Insurance was integrated into Keysers Insurance and moved to Turnhout.
