Done Deals: Trium / London Security

Trium is a company active in total solutions for the security of homes, companies and government services. The activities include burglary protection, fire protection, access control and camera surveillance.

Trium's shareholders were approaching the retirement age, had no family succession and therefore decided to sell the shares.

Omnicap acted as M&A advisor to the shareholders of Trium on the sale to the listed company London Security, a company active in fire protection that has more than 290.000 customers served from local offices in England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, France, Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg.

After the sale of DC Security and Failsafe, this is the third transaction that Omicap has managed in this sector.
