The range varies from diagnostic equipment, ophthalmic lasers and disposables to instruments.
Rockmed is a Dutch company with a branch in Belgium. To motivate and incentivize the Belgian CEO, he was given the opportunity to buy shares from the Belgian company.
Omnicap acted as financial and legal advisor to the Belgian CEO.
