Christophe Jans and Valérie Jans sold the family business Philippe Jans to the Austrian Klinger Group.

Philippe Jans supplies rubber products such as seals, gaskets, o-rings, couplings and rubber hoses to the industry.

It was the wish of the shareholders of Philippe Jans to sell the company to a major international player in the sector who could support Philippe Jans in its further growth. Through the takeover, Klinger Group acquired its own cutting workshop for the production of seals.

Klinger is innovative and leading in the field of seals, fluid control and fluid monitoring. The family business was founded in 1886 and today has a turnover of more than 500 million euros with 2,300 employees and is active in more than 60 countries.
