The three brothers behind the Belgian eyewear label Theo are investing 40% in the share capital of their sector colleague Komono

Mik, Toon and Jan Somers, owners of the eyewear label Theo, jointly take a minority stake of 40% in Komono. The remaining 60% remains in the hands of the operational management team. The company Theo is not involved in the transaction.

Komono is an eyewear and watch brand founded in 2009 by former professional snowboarder Anton Janssens and Raf Maes.
