Done Deals: International Sales / Buy-In Manager

International Sales is a sales organization that ensures the distribution of various own brands and global brands in the non-food sector in Belgium to mainly retail chains and supermarkets. The Company exports its own brands to 5 European countries.           

The company's majority shareholder was approaching the age of retirement and the shareholders had no family succession. It was therefore decided to sell the company.

Omnicap acted as exclusive M&A advisor to the shareholders of International Sales and sold the company to a buy-in candidate who already owned a similar company in the past.
