The owners approached the age of retirement and decided to put the company for sale. DC Security was sold to the stock quoted company London Security, a company active in fire protection that has more than 290,000 customers served from local offices in England, Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, France, Germany, Denmark and Luxembourg.
Omnicap acted as M&A advisor to the shareholders of DC Security on the sale to London Security.
