Omnicap assists the owner of Prothesia in the sale of the company to Atlas Dental Care
Prothesia is a dental lab located in Wijnegem. The CEO and shareholder of the company had no successor and therefore decided to sell the company. He will remain active within the group for a number of years to achieve a good transition and to allow the group to grow further in Belgium.
Atlas Dental Care is an alliance of dental practices with about 10 practices in the Netherlands. With the acquisition of Prothesia, Atlas Dental Care has its first branch in Belgium and the group also has its own dental lab in addition to the dental practices.
Omnicap was the exclusive M&A advisor to Prothesia's shareholder in the sale of the company to Atlas Dental Care.
